CORE IOP COUNSELOR
Summary of Position Responsibilities:
The CORE IOP Counselor Acts as case manager/counselor for
assigned clients on an intensive outpatient level.
Qualifications:
1. Master’s degree in counseling or related field of study.
2. LAC / LPC / LCSW status current or in process of completion.
3. CCGC, ICGC or equivalent in active status or pursuing.
4. Pre-Employment negative drug screen and background check.
5. Free from TB and verified by annual skin test by CORE.
General Work Schedule:
Clinical services IOP schedule is
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
evenings 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Screening, intake, individual/family sessions,
case management and discharge planning will
be outside the above schedule. A minimum of 40 hours a week,
with on-call as directed by supervisor.
Compensation: $37,440.00 - $52,000.00 per year

HELPLINE SPECIALIST – EVENING POSITION
EVENING SHIFTS AVAILABLE

Please note: This position is not a remote role. All work must be performed onsite at our designated location(s). Remote work is not available for this position at this time. Additionally, the required training is six (6) weeks during the day from 9 AM to 5 PM. In order to work evening or overnight, you must complete the six (6) week training held during the day.
Summary of Position Responsibilities:
Provides critical support in answering calls, chats, and text messages for various helplines, including the 988 Lifeline, Substance Use, Problem Gambling, and Suicide Prevention services. This role involves engaging with individuals in crisis, conducting intake assessments, offering emotional support, and referring them to appropriate resources. The Helpline Specialist must maintain professionalism and accuracy in documentation and follow all protocols while providing compassionate assistance to those in need.
Training:
Upon hiring, individuals will complete all required onboarding, crisis intervention, and behavioral health training prior to independently answering calls, chats, and texts.
The first 6 weeks of employment is full time training Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. Candidates must be in attendance for all training dates during the initial 6 weeks.

Through compassionate listening, you will help individuals find safety, hope, and a path forward.
This role is for individuals who can stay grounded when others are overwhelmed, listen without judgement, remain calm under pressure, and show up for others on their worst days.
This is not a job for someone who simply wants to answer phones and give resource information.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Experience in providing customer care
· Ability to successfully complete crisis intervention training and certification requirements
· Strong verbal and written communication skills- able to receive, process, and interpret
both verbal and non-verbal information
· Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional and ethical standards
· Strong computer and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in healthcare, social services, behavioral health, crisis intervention,
peer support, or related fields
· Previous volunteer or helping profession experience
· Higher education or certifications in behavioral health field

DATA AUDITOR
Summary of Position Responsibilities:
The Data Auditor is responsible for collecting, sorting, reconciling, evaluating, preparing and reporting all Helpline data daily for contract reports that will be distributed on a monthly, weekly, annual and fiscal year basis. May respond to people who call/chat/text the Helpline. Will customize reports for specific customer needs. The Data Auditor will assist in the training and mentoring of Helpline Trainees and lower-level Specialist; may represent the agency at public events promoting services, General work schedule will be 40 hours per week Monday through Friday 9am- 5pm hours, may be scheduled to work holidays, weekends, mornings, evenings and night shifts as needed.
Qualifications:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 70% of the time.
Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds.
Must be able to maintain finger and wrist dexterity with repetitive movement.
Must be able to analyze caller situations to determine policy-based action and be able to make appropriate referrals.
Must be able to generate grammatically correct computer typed work.
