Intake & Assessment
Your journey begins with a thorough assessment by our c:
- Review of gambling history and related behaviors
- Evaluation of co-occurring issues (mental health, substance use, etc.)
- Development of a personalized treatment plan

Daily Schedule & Structure
Each day includes a balance of therapeutic activities and personal time. A typical day might include:
- Group therapy sessions
- Individual counseling
- Psychoeducation (e.g., understanding triggers, relapse prevention)
- Life skills training (e.g., budgeting, stress management)
- Recreational activities and wellness time
- 12-step meetings

What to Bring
We’ll provide a detailed packing list before your arrival. Generally, bring:
- Comfortable clothing
- Personal hygiene items
- ID
- Medications (in original packaging)
Leave valuables and large amounts of cash at home.

Our program is a 28-day program, though this can vary based on your needs and progress. Extended care options may be available.
Aftercare Planning
Recovery continues after discharge. Before you leave, we’ll help you develop a comprehensive aftercare plan, including:
- Outpatient therapy or support groups
